Data we process
- Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
- Application form: full name, email, phone, year of birth, country of residence, English level, experience and motivation.
- Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address for security and abuse prevention; cookie choices.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to answer your requests, evaluate applications, run and report on project activities and keep the site secure. Legal bases are the performance of a contract or steps prior to it, our legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations; where none of these applies, we rely on your explicit consent.
Sharing
Application data may be shared with project partners, and with competent authorities for programme reporting, only to the extent needed to evaluate applications and run the project. We never share your data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to two years after the request is closed; applications are kept for as long as project and programme obligations require, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to object and to claim compensation for damage. Please send your requests via the Contact page or in writing to the controller's address.
